Channel Junkies is a brand operated by Real Agent Now Group Oregon, LLC, which conducts business as Channel Junkies, LLC. All activities are governed by the legal framework of Real Agent Now Group Oregon, LLC.

  1. DEFINITIONS

“Site” refers to channeljunkies.com and affiliated apps. “Service” includes free and paid courses, coaching, marketing services, and digital products. “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to Channel Junkies. “You” refers to the user accessing the Site or Service.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not access or use our Site or Service.

  1. PRIVACY & DATA RIGHTS

We collect personal information to provide and improve our services. By using the Site, you agree to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.   1. REFUND POLICY

Courses: Refunds are available only if (1) no course modules have been completed and (2) the request is made within 7 days of purchase. Once any course content has been accessed or completed, or after 7 days, no refunds will be issued. To request a refund, email: info@channeljunkies.com

Scale+ Agency Clients: No refunds are provided once the first payment has been made. Clients may pause their monthly subscription at any time and resume service later. Pauses do not cancel the agreement but allow for flexibility in billing and service delivery.

Channel Audits: Non-refundable. All sales are final.

Refund decisions are final and issued at our sole discretion.

  1. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Subscriptions, including Daily Junk Mail, auto-renew monthly or annually depending on your plan. You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard. No refunds are issued for past billing cycles.

  1. NON-COMPETE & PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All materials, templates, scripts, and frameworks provided through our programs are proprietary. You may not re-teach, re-sell, distribute, or replicate our material without written consent. Violations may result in legal action and recovery of damages and legal fees.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS

Results are not guaranteed. Success depends on your effort, consistency, market conditions, and other variables. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not indicative of average results. We make no income claims.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued in cases of policy violations or account misuse.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable U.S. federal laws. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Channel Junkies and supersede all prior communications or agreements.

We strive to use properly licensed, royalty-free content in all materials we produce. If a third party claims infringement regarding content used in good faith, Channel Junkies will respond appropriately. If such content was provided by or approved by you (the client), you accept full liability for resulting claims, damages, or legal actions. We recommend clients provide their own licensed content for any custom work.
